Dear Neighbor,
It started here in Massachusetts in 1773, with citizens, tired of the ever oppressive taxes, and being told how they should conduct their lives…and it continues here in Massachusetts 2010 as the country watches, and listens, and learns. This time it is not tea being dumped in Boston Harbor but symbolically, elected officials, whose ideas are taking this country in the wrong direction, dragging us at breakneck speed toward a socialist government, and away from the cherished rights and freedoms that are the foundation of our wonderful country.
The people are speaking. Shocked into action by decisions made in Washington , a ground swell has begun to stop the ruination of the country our forefathers built, and cherished, and died for.
As evident throughout history, change starts at the grassroots, the local level, the villages and towns. We need to seek out individuals who understand that our government was never designed to control, never designed to redistribute wealth, never designed to tell us how to live or how to die.
The Eastham Republican Town Committee has been created by neighbors like you, coming together to sponsor and support those who are willing to represent us and get this country back on the right track. We don’t need “Hope and Change”; we need immediate reversal and a return to the vision on which this country was founded. The movement has begun and now is the time to get on board and get back on track.
Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev said about America “We can’t expect the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism. We do not have to invade the United States ; we will destroy you from within.” Remember?
Please join us and support us if you can, by donating to the Eastham Republican Town Committee. How our country survives this onslaught of radical socialist ideas depends on the actions of each and every one of us now.
Sincerely,
William D. Krum, Chairman
